We are constantly faced with the unprocessed versus processed food argument. What we don’t realize is that most foods we consume, to include those we consider to be whole foods, are in fact, processed. Let’s redefine. Read this post to learn more about hyperpalatable foods and why this term is more appropriate for categorizing foods that are viewed as less nutritionally optimal for consumption.
