How many days did I train this week?
– 2x so far

How many days is my program?
– On Week 4 of Holly Baxter’s Hybrid Program Phase 1, training 4 days a week.

Any adjustments, thoughts, feedback?
– Was super busy with work this week! One of my goals this week was to work on creating more content, so between client work, getting ready for school next week, and content creation, I was only able to train with Tori on Tuesday, following one of her programmed days, and Day 1 of Week 4 on Thursday. I also am still managing gut issues this week and had zero energy Wednesday and wasn’t feeling well.
PLAN: Day 2 is going down this afternoon. Day 3 tomorrow, Day 4 Sunday. 

Cardio? 
– 2 Stairmill Steady State Sessions PREWORKOUT – 1 Day x 35 Min, 1 Days x 20 Min

Any adjustments, thoughts, feedback?
– I plan on performing 20 minutes today as well preworkout. I think 70 Min of LISS a week has been working well for me so far!
– Last night at work was CRAY so I was running around waiting on tables and the bar for a few hours (can I mention I haven’t waited on tables since I am probably like 17 year old LOL). I am not really able to keep my phone in my back pocket to track steps and I DO NOT want a FitBit because I think it’s ugly. But needless to say my calorie expenditure at work is likely a nice to compliment what I am doing at the gym! I am feeling very balanced.

NUTRITION PROGRAMMING:
Current Macros: 90F / 210C / 150P =  2250 Cals
Did I follow my plan?
– Wednesday: My macro and calorie intake was off because I was not feeling well due to my gut. I thought I was dealing with a parasite/fluke flare up again but it’s definitely candida. I *think* I am making progress in the right direction but won’t know for at least a few more days..
– Thursday: Macro ratios were off but my calorie’s were the same. 80F / 230C / 150P

DAILY INFO
How is my hunger throughout the day?
– Monday through Wednesday were weird. I usually feel hunger within the first few hours of waking and this week I wasn’t feeling it until the afternoon. So the bulk of my caloric intake was later in the day for the beginning of the week. I think lack of training affected this as well! Yesterday things were a bit better and today my hunger seems to be a bit stronger!
How is my digestion?
– GUT STUFF. I have been incorporating my Solaray supplement for yeast management and also brought back my digestive enzymes (Garden of Life Omega-Zyme). I haven’t taken enzymes in a long ass time probably like a couple of years! But it’s all good. Feeling better today so just keeping the faith!
How is my energy & sleep?
– Sleep hasn’t been as restful this week. I have been crazy with StephPRO Fit work so late nights, early mornings. A lot on my mind so I am not falling asleep right away! Energy suffered Wednesday due to gut stuff. IT’S ALL GOOD STUFF. Good stress.
Do I have any social events coming up this week?
Not this week!

Overall thoughts & feelings about this week?
EHHHHHH. IT WAS OKAY. Could have been worse and could have been a lot better. I wish I was able to focus more on my training this week but honestly the trade off was investing a lot more time into my my Instagram & MyNameIsSIBO Blog! So far, the results are great – I had conversations with a lot of different people; people from my community who I went to school with, and people from all across the country! So fun! Guys keep chatting me up. I love it.

I feel like because I wasn’t able to make training a super priority this week that I look soft in my pics, but could be a culmination of things. Perhaps my gut, maybe because I consumed more carbs than fats yesterday, maybe because I sat stuffed away in my room working my life away. After comparing my photos, I do appear sharper last week. WHO KNOWS lol it’s all good though. Had a lot of fun this week. I also need to make sure next week I am prepared for about 30 hours of school work on top of all of this CRAP LOL *help* 😛

OOH and, I am going to start weighing myself everyday. I will be honest, I was originally against this, and I am still uncomfortable with rolling this out to my clients. I personally feel that weighing everyday can create a negative relationship with the scale, however I understand how weight could be more of a useful tool if we measure it everyday and take the average. In the past I have struggled greatly with scale weight, but after a long, long time off and a much better relationship with my mind and body, I think I can handle it. So I started Wednesday of this week and averaged it out. Looks like I am trending down, but still don’t have enough data to form a conclusion about anything. We will seeee.
