POWER. It’s what I think of when I think of Stephanie. She is a powerful, magnetic woman who helps you gain control and step into your own power. We first worked together in early 2018, perfecting my posing for my first bikini competition. By the summer of that year, I had rebounded hard after my show and needed help. I joined Stephanie’s fat loss challenge and it was honestly one of the best decisions of my life. She taught me how to properly nourish my body with foods I enjoyed. For once in my life, I didn’t fear carbs or other foods and I was able to LIVE while making so much progress. Having worked with Steph both on body recomposition and OCB Bikini contest prep, I can say without a doubt she is the whole package. I thought I could manage my weight loss journey on my own. I track my food, eat healthy and yet the scale would not budge. I became discouraged and ultimately quit trying. Then, when I was diagnosed with “pre-diabetes”, “pre-high cholesterol” and “pre-high blood pressure”, I knew I needed help.
Steph has been AMAZING! She is incredibly knowledgeable in the science of nutrition. So much so that, after only a few months, my biomarkers have significantly improved! Steph took the time to know me, my lifestyle, my food likes/dislikes and then tailored my program to something reasonable for my work-life demands. She took the time to explain the how’s and the why’s of what wasn’t working before and what my current journey will look like. She has been an incredible cheerleader and coach, particularly when I get discouraged. Although Steph provides a meal plan to follow, she is also constantly teaching me know to integrate new foods into my plan all while staying on track which I feel is a very realistic approach. I have loved my experience with Steph and I am so appreciative of her helping me get my health back on track!

I have been a client of Stephanie’s since October 2021. When I first came to her, I was lost. I had no idea what I was doing in terms of nutrition and exercise.
